After much waiting, postponements and anticipation, the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions (TSRGD) will come into force on 22nd April 2016.
One of the major benefits to clients will be that traffic bollards will no longer be required to be illuminated. This will save money, reduce installation time and cut back on maintenance as well as bringing down energy costs.
Providing the bollard is self –righting, the requirements are for it to be retro reflective and has passed the BS- EN 12767 crash test for passive safety.
The SPS 3 Sixty bollard meets all of these requirements and also comes with a 12 year de lamination warranty.
Reflective on all four sides as standard this award winning bollard can be easily seen from any direction.
