Biker Mate chosen by Warwickshire CC
Biker Mate the unique motorcycle friendly post cushion has been installed on the A4071 Rugby Western Relief Road. The road links the A45 and the M6/M1 and as such is an extremely busy traffic route and very popular with Bikers due to the roads layout and enticing design.
In choosing Biker Mate for the exposed and potentially dangerous sign, an engineer from Warwickshire County Council commented ‘a concern had been raised in the safety audit about the sign and having checked the market for suitable products we realised that Biker Mate from SignPost Solutions was in fact a perfect ‘solution’ and the ex stock availability helped us meet our road opening deadline and installation was very quick and easy’.
